That is because we believe in the work of “R U OK?” Webb1 sep. 2024 · Day is a day to raise awareness of mental health issues, and to teach people about the signs of someone struggling. On Are You Okay? Day people are encouraged to reach out to their friends and family members and ask them if they are OK. One simple phone call or message can go a long way, so why not pick up the phone on Are You Okay?
