Find the Fonts folder again, right-click, and paste... WebbNew documents in Word are, by default, theme based. Direct formatting, though messes that up. Here are two free utilities that can batch process documents and they could be used to directly change the fonts or to change the Theme. It would be relatively easy to change all documents in a folder to use a single font.
