WebApr 14, 2024 · BT 4G Home Broadband WiFi cutting out intermittently We recently got a BT 4G Home Broadband router and the WiFi in is cutting out intermittently. It is really annoying, it happens several times a day. The router indicator light is showing it still has signal but the indicator light for WiFi cuts out and there is no WiFi. WebOct 11, 2024 · As and when the broadband connection is restored, the Smart Hub 2 will revert back to using that. BT says that you can expect up to 30Mbps download speeds and 5Mbps upload. Those might be slower than your normal broadband, which is why the 4G is only used when necessary. Another use for it, though, is if you’re moving home.
